These terms govern access to workspace-cedarpath.click and engagements with Cedarpath Trend Mapping Co., Ltd. for market intelligence and trend mapping of personal care categories.
Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning a mapping engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services described
Descriptions of category maps, seasonal scans, shelf reviews, and briefings are informational. A signed scope note or proposal defines the deliverables, timeline, and fees for any paid engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text and design, remains the property of Cedarpath Trend Mapping Co., Ltd. Deliverables from paid engagements are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use unless a proposal states otherwise. Clients may not republish full maps as public reports without written consent.
Limitation of liability
Trend maps reflect observation of publicly visible shelves and materials within an agreed window. They are professional opinions, not guarantees of commercial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Cedarpath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on a map or from website use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hanoi unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution process.
