Cookie information

This page explains what cookies are, which types Cedarpath Trend Mapping uses, and how you can manage your preferences.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, where permitted, understand how pages are used.

Types we use

Essential cookies support basic site operation such as remembering your cookie choice. Analytics cookies, used only if you accept, help us understand which journal articles and mapping pages are read.

Managing cookies

Use Accept or Reject on the banner when it appears. Rejecting does not block browsing, forms, or mapping inquiries. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can expose your IP address to Google according to their policies. We do not load third-party advertising cookies.

Impact of disabling

Disabling essential preference storage may cause the cookie banner to reappear on each visit. Disabling analytics only affects our ability to see aggregate readership.
