Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Eligibility

Refunds apply to deposits and fees for scoped professional services when the conditions below are met. This site does not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@workspace-cedarpath.click. We confirm receipt within two business days and state any refund amount then.

Full refund

If you cancel before field observation begins and before we have opened the observation window, you may receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement, less any non-recoverable travel already authorised in writing.

Partial refund

If observation has started but the final deliverable has not been issued, a partial refund may apply reflecting completed field days and drafting. Typical retention is forty to seventy percent of the engagement fee depending on progress.

Non-refundable items

• Completed final maps, scans, memos, and briefings already delivered
• Authorised third-party travel or store access fees once incurred
• Rush premiums after rush work has begun

Refund process and method

Approved refunds are returned by the same method used for payment within fourteen business days of written approval, unless banking channels require longer.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a review session once without charge if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the scope note.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits secure the observation window. Failure to attend a scheduled review session without notice may forfeit the session portion of the fee; written deliverables are still provided where observation is complete.

Work already started

Once shelf observation or claim collection has begun, fees cover time already spent even if you later narrow the category scope.
